From the time Oscar was a baby, the annual Christmas picture has become quite an ordeal, and more so with each successive child. This year was no exception. There were lots tears (Henry's, Lily's and nearly mine), but in the end we had a few successes and many failures. I've included some outtakes for your viewing pleasure.
